Pancake Sunday

Today Nish cracked her first ever egg. She wanted to learn how to make pancakes so out came the Delia recipe and it was pancakes for breakfast. The choice of filling was a bit over-whelming. Chocolate, banana's, sugar, jam, and Honey thanks to Carolynne. After that we got into the baking spirit and Nish and I made an apple crumble. After a couple of hours on the computer Lizzy and I decided to take ourselves off for a walk and blow the cobwebs away. Fingers crossed this week we get some sun.
