The Classroom

Today was a bit of a boring day to be honest. It was pretty much like being in a classroom. We had to do our presentations to Carolynn and Liam ready for our school trip on Saturday. We covered Caracal, Rhino, Mutualism and human-wildlife conflict. We then had to write about what we had learnt in the last few weeks, and then did a animal species test. The saving grace is that it wasn't a very nice day today, so being indoors wasn't as bad as it could have been.  Listening to Fiona's singing cheered me up as she has a fab singing voice (Fiona being our house maid). After our bangers and mash tea we did attempt a night drive, however, all the animals were being sensible and hiding out of the rain. We did see some Waterbuck on the drive, and it is the closest we have got to them so far. They are easy to identify from behind as they have a white ring round their bum.

Mummy and baby Waterbuck.

Male Waterbuck.
